Early Years Teaching Assistant

Location: Kentish Town

We are working with a school in Havering to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant  to join their team for January. This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils across the school and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils in the classroom and in small group settings
Provide 1:1 support to children where required
Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
Support pupils’ learning, behaviour, and emotional development
Work closely with teachers and families to promote positive outcomes
Help maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate You will:

Have experience working with children in an educational setting
Be caring, patient, and proactive in your approach
Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
Be committed to supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
Be reliable and able to work effectively as part of a school team.
