Nursery Teacher

• Job Title: Nursery Teacher

• Location: Islington

• Pay: 39,150 - 40,404

• Start Date: December 2025

• End Date: July 2026

• Full-time role for a confident Nursery Teacher within the EYFS

• Responsible for Welcomm assessments, reviews and STP reviews with the SENCO

• Hold approximately 8 key children with full planning, observing and assessment duties

• Use of Tapestry and EY Works, with no more than 26 children in the room

• Support from 2 qualified Scale 5 Early Years Practitioners

• Additional part-time Scale 3 and Scale 2 staff within the room

• A warm, positive and collaborative team culture

• A setting that values strong leadership from the Nursery Teacher

• EYTS or QTS with a minimum of 3 years' EYFS teaching experience

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and assessment tools

• Confident classroom leadership and excellent communication skills

• A proactive, nurturing approach suited to early years education
