Hill McGlynn Recruitment are delighted to be working with a respected residential developer who is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build, high-end apartment scheme in Camden.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Site Manager looking not just for their next project, but for long-term career progression. With multiple projects already secured across London, there is clear potential to grow into a role overseeing multiple sites.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Managing all on-site activities from groundworks through to completion
Overseeing subcontractors and coordinating trades
Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
Maintaining programme, quality, and cost control
Liaising with project teams, consultants, and senior management Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager with a residential developer
Strong knowledge of groundworks and RC frame construction
Experience delivering new build residential projects, ideally high-end apartments
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred) What's on Offer

£55,000 salary + travel allowance
