We are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager to support our growth plans for 2025. Whether you are an aspiring Assistant Quantity Surveyor needing support and mentoring, or an established surveyor on your RICS journey, we can develop your career and experiences.
Responsibilities- Pre and post contract/commercial management advice and partnership with customers.
- Cost & Forecasting – keep budgets on track and spot risks.
- Contract Handling – NEC3/4 contracts, managing payments.
- Project Assurance – check estimates, benchmark costs.
- Collaboration – work with teams, clients, suppliers to drive innovation.
- Risk Management – identify and address financial risks.
- Measurement & Analysis – review quantities, ensure accuracy.
- Report Writing – summarise key findings and recommendations.
- Market Engagement – source costs, validate pricing.
- HNC, HND or Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying/Cost Management, Construction Law or similar discipline.
- Desirable RICS, CIOB, CICES, CIPS or another relevant Chartered Institute membership; we support attainment.
- Relevant experience in the UK infrastructure sector.
- Experience managing NEC3/4 contracts.
- Passion for infrastructure, sustainability and delivering great work.
- Excellent communication skills and relationship building ability.
