Estates Compliance Officer

Pinpoint Resourcing are working with an Education business based near Camden who are looking for an Estates Compliance Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for circa 6 months.

Duties:

* Gap analysis and risk identification

* PPM Scheduling

* CAFM system processing

* Stakeholder engagement

* Maintenance and contract reviews

* Liaising with suppliers

* M&E compliance

Desirable:

* Reviewed maintenance contracts

* Worked on-site, liaised with facilities/contractors

* Able to provide clear progress updates

* Knowledge of statutory frameworks

Salary/information:

 * £38,000 - £42,000 (pro rata)

* Based in the office 5 days a week
