Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract:
20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (6am store opening), afternoons, late evenings (10pm store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
Full, paid training provided

We re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.

What you ll do- Friendly and thoughtful service - put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience
- Work with store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
- Keep the store safe and legal - stock shelves, and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct
- Help introduce new products and services - make changes feel natural and share experiences with colleagues
- Support your local community - get involved in activities and events
- A genuine care for the needs of customers and members
- Great people skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- A positive approach to change and problem solving
- Flexibility to work a range of different shifts
