As Production Operative you will work as part of our manufacturing team to carry out all duties relating to the efficient manufacturing of high-quality concrete products, using all operational techniques and creating some of the UK’s leading concrete products. You will be required to use manual handling tools including the use of powered hand tools, operate automatic machinery and mechanical handling equipment including forklifts.

You will be working in a plant that runs seven days a week on a 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern (6am to 6pm) based on 40.25 hours per week.

We require you to be flexible on the shift pattern and overtime as requirements may change during your employment.

• Previous experience or understanding of working within a Manufacturing Production Plant.
• Team player with attention to detail.
• A forward-thinking individual continually looking at improving processes.
• Good level of English, oral and written.

• A current forklift licence & suitable experience is highly advantageous.
