Hallkeeper – Fernhill Community Centre

Location:

Fernhill Community Centre, Auchenlarie Drive, Fernhill

Hours:

22 hours per week (3‑week rota)

Salary: £13.64 – £13.79 per hour

Hours of Work:
Week 1 – Monday & Friday 8:00‑14:00, Tuesday & Thursday 8:00‑13:00
Week 2 – Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 16:00‑22:00, Friday 18:00‑22:00
Week 3 – Monday, Tuesday & Saturday 8:00‑14:00, Sunday 17:00‑21:00

Contract:

Fixed‑term until 30 September 2026

• Ensure the security of the building and its premises.
• Set up and dismantle equipment for events and activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment at all times.
• Process related paperwork and liaise with internal and external customers.
• Provide high‑standard customer service during social functions and events.
• Work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to obtain a foreign police check if required.
