Trades ​/ Skilled Labor Operator, Heavy Equipment Operator

Position: 360 Operator
Location: Cambridgeshire

Teamforce Labour are currently looking for an experienced 360 Excavator Operator to operate a 22 tonne machine on a busy construction site in Cambridge. This is a long-term opportunity for a reliable operator with solid site experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a 22 tonne 360 excavator safely and efficiently
• Carrying out excavation, grading, and general groundworks duties
• Loading dumpers and moving materials around site
• Conducting daily machine checks and reporting any issues
• Working closely with site teams and ground workers
• Following all site health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket (above 10 tonne / Lifting Ops)
• Good understanding of site health and safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Full PPE required
