HVAC Engineer - Cambridge

Location: Cambridge & surrounding areas
Salary: £42,000+ DOE & Quals
Contract: Full-time Permanent - Monday to Friday, 07 00.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing building services company for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join their Maintenance team. The role covers both static and mobile contracts across the Cambridgeshire area.

Key Responsibilities

• Air conditioning installations
• Carrying out remedial repairs, maintenance and refurbishment of refrigerant systems
• Fault finding, diagnostics, repair and maintenance of AC systems
• Inspection, testing and commissioning of new and existing installations
• Working collaboratively with Mechanical, Electrical and Facilities teams

Requirements

To be considered, candidates must have:

• Experience with in facilities maintenance or a similar environment
• F-Gas qualification
• Installation, commissioning and fault-finding experience
• Ventilation experience
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge relating to HVAC systems
• Knowledge of air source heat pumps (or willingness to upskill)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure and to deadlines
• A full UK driving licence
