Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Building Services

Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a static commercial building services contract based in Cambridge. The role is based at a prestigious government facility and involves planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Electrical planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance

* Maintenance of AHUs, FCUs and associated HVAC plant

* Electrical fault finding, testing and repair within commercial buildings

* Maintenance of building services electrical systems

* Ensure compliance with health and safety and site procedures

* Completion of maintenance logs and statutory documentation

Essential Requirements

* Fully electrically qualified (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

* Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Building Services Engineer

* Strong commercial building services maintenance background

* Experience working on HVAC plant including AHUs and FCUs

* Minimum 10-year UK employment and residency footprint

* Clean criminal record (security clearance required)

* Not colour blind

* Full UK driving licence (company van provided due to site size)

Package

* Salary: £47,000 per annum

* Monday to Friday, daytime hours only

* Static site role (no call-out)

* Company van provided
