Commercial Gas Engineer – Mayfair (3-mile radius) Salary: £48,000 – £55,000 per annum Package:
Company van  fuel/charge card Call outs: 1 in 4 rota Standby: £150 standby fee  minimum 4 hours paid Overtime: 1.5x & 2x rates

The Role We're recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a leading FM service provider, supporting high-end commercial properties in and around Mayfair.

You'll work with in a tight 3-mile radius, responding to PPM and reactive maintenance across prestigious commercial sites, luxury offices, retail, and hospitality venues.

Duties include:

PPM and reactive works on commercial boilers and heating systems Fault finding, repairs and replacement of parts/components Minor plumbing works when required Completion of gas safety certification and compliance documentation Working collaboratively with helpdesk & clients to deliver excellent service Participation on a 1-in-4 call-out rota Requirements:
Commercial Gas ACS qualifications (COCN1/CCN1  relevant modules) Experience working on commercial heating systems Strong diagnosis and fault-finding skills Full UK driving licence Right to work in the UK Package/Benefits: £48,000–£55,000 base salary Company van  fuel/charge card 25 days holiday  bank holidays (or client equivalent) 1 in 4 call outs £150 standby fee  minimum 4 hours paid Enhanced overtime rates: x1.5 & x2 Training & development opportunities
