As a Mobile Security Officer
, you’ll provide a range of mobile security services, including patrols, alarm response, lock and unlock duties, and escort services. Working closely with our leadership team, you’ll ensure a safe environment for clients and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Provide a variety of mobile security services including but not limited to, locks, unlocks, patrols both external and internal, alarm response, vacant property inspections, escort services etc
• Remaining professional, polite and helpful to clients, client's staff and Securitas colleagues at all times
• Complete vehicle handovers and checks at the beginning and end of the shift
• Ensure the correct key management process is followed when removing and replacing keys
• Being flexible and able to work across the Branch Guarding districts (GDs)
• Assisting other branches as required
• Assist with other requirements as directed by the DBM as and when necessary

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

• A valid SIA licence or Close Protection licence
• Full, clean UK manual driving licence
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physically fit and resilient due to long driving hours
• The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history
• Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken
