We are a growing provider of drug and alcohol testing services supporting health & safety compliance across the construction, logistics, transport, and industrial sectors. Our work helps keep people safe, businesses compliant, and roads and sites accident-free.

As demand for our services continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated graduate or entry-level Telesales / Appointment Booking Executive to join our team.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to develop sales, communication, and commercial skills in a professional B2B environment.

Your main responsibility will be to contact prospective clients, introduce our services, and book qualified appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

* Making outbound calls, sending introductory emails and inmails to businesses in construction, logistics, transport, and related industries

* Working in a strategic way to target particular markets and companies

* Inviting key decision makers to events

* Introducing our drug and alcohol testing services in a professional and confident manner

* Booking appointments and demonstrations for the sales team

* Updating and maintaining CRM records accurately

* Following up warm leads and re-engaging previous enquiries

* Working towards individual and team targets

* Learning industry regulations and how our services support health & safety compliance

What We’re Looking For

* Graduate or entry-level candidate (no previous sales experience required)

* Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills

* Comfortable speaking to decision-makers in a B2B setting

* Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven

* Organised with good attention to detail

* Willingness to learn and develop within a growing company
