What You Will Be Doing Elevating Customer Experience
  • Deliver the One Luxe

    Experience:

    Consistently execute the One Luxe service model, ensuring a premium personalized experience for every customer.
  • Product Expertise and Storytelling:
    Confidently demonstrate products, immerse customers into brand heritage, and offer tailored knowledge, tips, and techniques to meet needs.
  • Embody Excellence:
    Act as a L’Oréal Luxe brand ambassador, providing a luxurious experience through personalized service and merchandising standards.
  • Stay Trend‑Forward:
    Keep a strong understanding of the latest makeup, skincare, and wellness trends for expert advice and recommendations.
Driving Retail Performance
  • Achieve Sales Targets:
    Consistently meet individual and counter sales goals as agreed with the line manager.
  • Build Client Relationships:
    Proactively build authentic relationships, both in‑store and through digital channels, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Promote Events and

    Activities:

    Inform customers about in‑store events, promotions, and brand activations.
  • Create Engaging Experiences:
    Design and execute innovative, engaging events and animations that drive interest and excitement for L’Oréal Luxe brands.
  • Brand Advocacy:
    Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands passionately and share expertise on internal and external social media platforms, adhering to guidelines.
Operational Excellence
  • Teamwork and Training:
    Participate in team efforts and complete required training to maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and brand expertise.
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
    Diligently complete daily and weekly tasks using the designated platforms.
  • Maintain Counter Standards:
    Uphold hygiene and housekeeping standards for a clean, organized, and inviting environment.
