16/24 Hrs Supervisor – Cambridge at Sostrene Grene

We are seeking an exceptional Supervisor with a proven track record in fast‑paced retail environments to lead our team at the Cambridge store.

• Manage the effective workflow of the shop floor.
• Identify tasks that need to be completed and delegate jobs to the right people.
• Ensure the shop floor is always well stocked, communicating to staff what areas need refill.
• Supervise work, evaluate performance, and provide feedback to colleagues and/or manager.
• Create a positive and proactive work environment by leading with a can‑do attitude.
• Manage conflict as needed.
• Train new hires.
• Handle keyholder duties, including opening and closing the store.
• Assume additional management responsibilities as may be required in the absence of the management team.
• Assist with staff scheduling as required.
• Receive, process, and organize store deliveries.
• Sign writing in line with established guidelines.
• Process customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system.
• End of day cashing up and float management.
• Cash Safe management and G4S lodgements.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

Experience supervising retail staff and knowledge of POS systems.
