Shop Floor Foreman position assisting with the supervising of the production fora high end range of building boards and facades materials Ensure health & safety compliance, deliver toolbox talks, and manages inductions and training. Create schedules, assign daily tasks, and support operatives with issues. Oversee workflow, check quality, and ensure deadlines are met. Operate, maintain, and repair machinery; manage tooling and consumables.
