A leading, forward-thinking construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding Cambridge office. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-profile healthcare and public-sector projects across the East of England while developing your career within a collaborative and progressive consultancy.

This multidisciplinary consultancy provides Project Management, Cost Consultancy, and Building Surveying services across the UK. They partner with major clients including the NHS, universities, local authorities, and developers.

The Cambridge office continues to grow rapidly, supported by a strong pipeline of healthcare, research, and education projects. As a Project Manager, you will lead and deliver projects across all RIBA stages, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You ll work closely with clients, design teams, and contractors while managing multiple schemes within the healthcare and education sectors.

• Manage projects through all stages from inception to completion
• Administer JCT and NEC contracts effectively
• Oversee procurement, cost, programme, and risk management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Manage budgets, reporting, and project deliverables
• Support and mentor junior team members and assist with business growth

You ll ideally have:

• A degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction field
• 3 6 years experience in a consultancy or client-side environment
• Experience in healthcare, education, or public-sector projects
• Strong understanding of JCT and NEC forms of contract
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Working towards or achieved RICS / APM chartership
