Fabric Supervisor – £45,000 (Includes AP Appointment)
Location:
Cambridge
Salary: £45,000 per annum (includes AP appointment)
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Holidays: 25 days per year
We are looking for a Fabric Supervisor to join our facilities maintenance team in a busy healthcare environment in Cambridge. You will supervise and manage all aspects of building fabric works, ensuring the hospital’s facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise building fabric and structural maintenance across healthcare sites
* Manage day-to-day team activities, scheduling, and escalations (1 in
5)
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
* Support planned and reactive works within commercial maintenance frameworks
Key Benefits:

About You:
* Proven experience in building fabric maintenance and team supervision
* Experience in commercial maintenance, ideally within healthcare
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
* Able to manage escalations and respond flexibly to site needs
