A recognized educational institution in Sawston is seeking an IT Technician to provide first-line support for technology services across schools. The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical support role and knowledge of ICT hardware and software. Responsibilities include managing helpdesk tickets and providing in-class support. This is a full-time maternity cover position with a working pattern mainly Monday to Friday.
