Investigator, HR​/Recruitment, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for my client, who is seeking an experienced Investigator on a fixed-term basis. Working within a small specialist team, you will play a key role in managing workplace investigations, providing employee relations support, and advising the HR department.

Contract:

9-12 month FTC

Location:

Cambridge

Working Pattern:
Hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 days WFH)

• HR background (Senior HR Advisor or HRBP level preferred)
• Strong Employee Relations and investigation experience
• Good knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidance
• Excellent written communication skills
• Resilient, objective, and confident influencing senior stakeholders

• Resilient and emotionally mature approach
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written English; high attention to detail required
• Able to remain objective and composed in challenging situations
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification
