Located at Cambridge Bar Hill Hotel, part of the Signature Collection By Best Western, we are based on the A14 and near Cambridge attractions. Our property features 136 bedrooms, an indoor pool, fitness facilities, spa and dining options. We are part of LGH Hotels Management, with a growing portfolio of 42 hotels across the UK.

• Welcome guests with warmth and provide a seamless check-in process as the first point of contact.
• Assist guests throughout their stay with queries or requests to ensure a memorable experience.
• Handle communications by managing incoming calls, making reservations, and providing information about the hotel and local area.
• Be the first impression and contribute to creating lasting guest experiences in a dynamic environment.
• Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
• Multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Operate hotel reservation systems and use computer applications with ease.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and maintain a professional attitude.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Tech-savvy with experience using hotel reservation systems and computer literacy.
