Manager – Northstowe Secondary, Northstowe Cambridge

Term‑time only, no weekends. 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. £19.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client.
  • Ensure the location meets statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation and procedures.
  • Enhance Caterlink’s reputation for excellent food and service, consistently exceeding client and customer expectations.
  • Manage day‑to‑day operation of the location and supervise teams, including inventory management, budget monitoring and implementation of action plans.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our client in the school, recommending and implementing adjustments and improvements.
  • Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and financial targets, ensuring they are achieved.
  • Support and train teams, leading from the front, ensuring all training is completed and performance is managed.
