The Role
As our Lifestyle Coordinator you will plan and organise a variety of activities for our residents, creating a fun and engaging environment for them. You will also provide one‑to‑one support for residents who cannot participate in group activities.
- You must be alert at all times to our residents’ physical and mental well‑being.
- Organise and accompany Residents, where possible, to off‑site activities, which may occasionally take place outside normal working hours.
- Understand and ensure the implementation of the Care Home’s Health and Safety policy, and Emergency and Fire procedures.
