* Manage baselines and change control processes
* Support stage-gate and assurance reviews
Progress & Performance Management
* Lead monthly updates and critical path analysis
* Monitor float erosion, risks, and constraints
* Produce earned value metrics (SPI / CPI)
* Provide mitigation strategies and early warnings
Risk & Scenario Analysis
* Conduct Monte Carlo schedule risk analysis
* Develop what-if and recovery programmes
* Analyse outage windows, access constraints, and seasonal impacts
* Support delay analysis and claims where required
Stakeholder Engagement
* Work closely with project managers, engineers, commercial teams, and site leadership
* Present performance updates at governance forums
* Interface with client planning teams and regulatory stakeholders
* Integrate supply chain schedules
Essential Project Environment
Experience:
* High-voltage transmission (132kV–400kV+)
* Overhead line construction & refurbishment
* Substation builds (AIS / GIS)
* Underground cable installation
* Grid connection projects
* National Grid / utility framework environments
We are committed to equal opportunities and actively promote diversity across our teams. We believe innovation comes from different perspectives — and we welcome yours.
