Would you like to work for a well established consultancy who provide multi-disciplinary services in areas including Structural and Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, Land Surveying, Transport and Highway Engineering? They have offices in several locations with around 100 staff in the business.
Their newest office is Cambridge and they are looking for a senior structural engineering candidate to work at Associate Director level, who could be based here and help take the lead on developing and growing this currently small office.
This role would suit a Chartered (ICE or IStruct
E) structural engineer with significant experience in buildings design, who is looking for a new challenge. You should be a pro-active, self- starting individual with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills and the ability to develop client relationships and win new business to help grow the current team. The role will include both hands on design and project delivery responsibilities.
The firm have a friendly and supportive working environment, good morale, and a low staff turnover.
