Permanent The Engineering Co-ordinator will be responsible for administration within the engineering team, including but not limited to PPM paperwork, statutory inspections and insurance paperwork, monitoring of calibration requirements and service sheets. Management of the time and attendance system for the engineering team will also form part of this role. Responsibilities:
Responsible for administration within the engineering team, including but not limited to PPM paperwork, statutory inspections and insurance paperwork, monitoring of calibration requirements and service sheets. Management of the time and attendance system for the engineering team will also form part of this role. Support the Stock Control Administrator with booking out parts from engineering stores using the Holis Tech system and managing the requisition process in SAP for engineering stock and Capex projects.

You will manage the engineering stores including monthly stock taking, ensuring required parts are available. Stock takes and re-ordering Other related tasks as deemed required Skills & Knowledge Excellent organisational skills Excellent communications skills Able to multi task and prioritise Self motivated Good IT skills, ideally including SAP
