Salary: £65,000 Per Annum + Package

The Role:

- Reporting to the Estimating Manager
- Preparing enquiries for equipment and specialist subcontract packages including selection of supply chain members.
- Attending and contributing at pre, mid and post tender meetings.
- Reviewing tender quotes received from suppliers and specialist subcontractors for compliancy and best value.
- Liaising with Estimating Manager and specialist subcontractors to ensure fully inclusive bid.
- Attending site surveys.
- Reviewing documentation for presentation.
- Following up tenders and assist with securing projects.
- Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with clients and supply chain.
- Attending handover meetings with the contracts team once projects are secured.

- Works in the commercial, healthcare and education sectors.

The Ideal Candidate :

- Will have 5+ years’ experience working as a Mechanical Estimator.
- Will have previous experience working with commercial projects.
- Will have experience with a Mechanical Sub contractor
- Will work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Will have excellent communication skills.
- Will be able to commute to Cambridge
