A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer at Associate Director level to join their growing team in Cambridge. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for driving business growth in the region, particularly within the science and technology sectors.

The Role

• Lead and deliver structural engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Develop new client relationships and identify business development opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with standards.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a collaborative team culture.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng/MEng or equivalent).
• Chartered status (ICE or IStruct
  
  E).
• Minimum 10 years' experience in structural engineering, ideally within consultancy.
• Proven track record in project delivery and business development.
• Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., Tekla, Tedds); BIM/Revit experience advantageous.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
