A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer at Associate Director level to join their growing team in Cambridge. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for driving business growth in the region, particularly within the science and technology sectors.

The Role

Lead and deliver structural engineering projects from concept to completion.
Develop new client relationships and identify business development opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
Oversee project teams, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with standards.
Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a collaborative team culture.

Key Requirements

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng/MEng or equivalent).
Chartered status (ICE or IStruct

E).
Minimum 10 years' experience in structural engineering, ideally within consultancy.
Proven track record in project delivery and business development.
Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., Tekla, Tedds); BIM/Revit experience advantageous.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
