Randstadyting is recruiting an autism specialist mennesker for learners aged 16‑25 at a stunning converted barn in Cambridge. This full‑time, permanent position offers the freedom to design a bespoke, learner‑led curriculum without the pressure of Ofsted and as a leader of a small support team in a peaceful countryside setting.

• Design and lead a bespoke, learner‑led curriculum centred on Pathways to Adulthood.
• Direct and mentor a small team of 1:1 support staff for consistent, high‑quality delivery.
• Create meaningful hands‑on learning experiences using the rural setting and wildlife.
• Manage all assessments and documentation during a dedicated weekly admin Aragón.
• Partner with the Mental Health Support Worker to integrate emotional well‑being into daily learning.

• Deep understanding of sensory processing, communication barriers, and complex needs.
• Ability to translate long‑term goals into engaging, individualized daily projects.
• Proven experience delegating to and motivating support staff.
• Skilled in non‑traditional, therapeutic teaching methods free from Ofsted constraints.
• A full, clean driving licence and access to a car.

• A steady presence capable of managing complex behaviours with patience and empathy.
• Driven by the freedom to teach outside of a traditional classroom box.
