This education institution is expanding its Work-Based Learning provision and is now looking to bring on a passionate Trainer/Assessor for its Electrical apprentices. In this role, you'll coach, assess and guide apprentices, helping them develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to succeed in the electrical field. You'll have autonomy in planning your visits and training, supported by a team committed to learner success and industry excellence.

The ideal candidate will have Domestic or Commercial electrical experience and hold a Level 3 qualification and an AM2. Previous training or assessing experience is not required as the College will provide you with all the training needed.

• Full Training Provided
• Delivering 1-to-1 coaching and mentoring to apprentices
• Assessing apprentices' progress and helping to ensure they complete their apprenticeship
• Hybrid role - based both at the College and at apprentice workplaces

• Level 3 Electrical Installations qualification
• AM2
• Domestic or commercial experience in the electrical field
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel
• Passion for mentoring and supporting learners
