Overview
Customer Support - IMMEDIATE START - Cambridgebased - till mid February 2025
Our client is a payments company looking to hire 4 Customer Support specialists.
Initially, this is a 6 week contract with the possibility of one of the roles becoming permanent.
Responsibilities- Be the first line of support dealing with client queries
- Respond to emails
- Collect Data to verify
- Ability to show initiative and work independently
- Case Management Acumen – ability to track progress
- Attention to detail
- Be polite under pressure
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Payments / Fintech experience
- Proficient in Excel
