Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily site operations and manage subcontractors
* Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
* Maintain health & safety compliance on site
* Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders
* Manage site documentation and reporting

Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 7:00am – 5:00pm
* Overtime available
✅ Requirements:
* Valid SMSTS certification
* Valid First Aid certificate
* Valid CSCS card
* Proven experience managing office fit-out projects
* Strong leadership and communication skills
