Senior Design Manager - Cambridge - Immediate Start

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Design Manager to join a leading main contractor who work across a wide range of sectors. They are currently searching for a Senior Design Manager for a flagship commercial project in Cambridge. The scheme has been on site for 12 months and consists of a new build RC frame office valued at £50m+.

Reporting directly to a site based Project Director and Lead Design Manager, potential candidates are welcomed from either a construction, consultancy or architectural background.

The Senior Design Manager will have experience of working both on site and in the head office. With the project due for completion in 2028, the successful candidate will be expected to be site based for roughly 12 Months or for the remainder of the scheme.

Applicants must have experience of working on projects of at least £10m with leading Main Contractors, Developers, Architectural Practices or Consultancies with supporting references. They must also live within a commutable distance of Central London.
