Are you a driven and experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to step up into a senior role on major projects in the Cambridge area and beyond? We're hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a highly respected, long-established construction and development group with a strong regional presence and national reach.

Role OverviewAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:
Lead commercial and contractual management across key projects,
Provide strategic cost advice, risk analysis and value engineering,
Manage and mentor QS team members and act as a key interface with clients and supply chain partners,
Drive commercial performance from pre-contract through to final account,
Champion best practice in reporting, commercial control and governance.
Essential:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on complex construction projects (typically > 50m),
Contractual expertise and strong commercial acumen,
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Desirable:
Degree or equivalent educational background in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline,
Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS or similar),
Experience across both public and private sector delivery.
