Fauna & Flora is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Programme Assistant, to contribute to effective delivery of the Programme Management Support team’s work. The post-holder will provide administrative support (including financial administration) for the Programme Management Support team, as well as supporting financial resource planning for the wider conservation programme. They will also provide support with information management, donor reporting, internal and external granting and proposal reviewing processes.

The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills and previous experience in a similar role (including use of Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel). They will be highly organised, methodical in their approach to work and have meticulous attention to detail. They will be an excellent team player and will have the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy work environment.

They will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective and productive working relationships with colleagues. Fluency in English is essential.
