Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring an Occupational Health Nurse in Cambridge, Ohio! This role is in person / on site. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.

Type: Six-month contract, opportunity for extension or fulltime offer

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm - with on call as needed

Pay: LPN - $29.00 to $32.00 an hour, RN - $35.00 to $40.00 an hour

Responsibilities of the Occupational Health Nurse
  • Providing clinical care:
    Offering prompt and appropriate care for workplace injuries and illnesses, following company policies, clinical protocols, and state regulations.
  • Health assessments:
    Performing tasks like recording vital signs, conducting audiograms, vision testing, urine collection, blood collection, spirometry, and respirator fit testing.
  • First aid and treatment:
    Administering basic first aid, injections, and coordinating with other healthcare providers for treatment or referrals when needed.
  • Documentation and recordkeeping:
    Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care in electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Wellness and prevention:
    Participating in initiatives focused on employee well‑being and health promotion.
  • Compliance:
    Ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations regarding patient information and occupational health standards.
  • Administrative tasks:
    Performing some administrative functions like scheduling appointments and managing clinic supplies.
Qualifications for the Occupational Health Nurse
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • LPN or RN license in OH, active and in good standing
