Location: Cambridge, OH

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Shift: 10 PM - 6 AM

• Load, unload, sort, and move products by hand or with equipment
• Pick, pack, and prep items so orders are accurate and ready to roll
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Use handheld scanners or devices to track products
• Stay active—on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs, and keeping pace
• Follow safety rules and help keep the floor clear and organized
• Show up, clock in, and give a solid day's work—no coasting
• Keep your focus sharp; details matter when orders are on the line
• Be willing to learn, follow instructions, and improve every shift
• Work with your crew—team‑first, no drama
• Stay flexible—shifts, overtime, and new tasks come with the territory

• Prior factory experience is required
