Distribution Associate
Location: Cambridge, OH
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Shift: 10 PM - 6 AM
Daily Grind (aka What You’ll Do)- Load, unload, sort, and move products by hand or with equipment
- Pick, pack, and prep items so orders are accurate and ready to roll
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Use handheld scanners or devices to track products
- Stay active—on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs, and keeping pace
- Follow safety rules and help keep the floor clear and organized
- Show up, clock in, and give a solid day's work—no coasting
- Keep your focus sharp; details matter when orders are on the line
- Be willing to learn, follow instructions, and improve every shift
- Work with your crew—team‑first, no drama
- Stay flexible—shifts, overtime, and new tasks come with the territory
- Prior factory experience is required
