• Conduct diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams.

• Deliver outpatient psychotherapy services (individual, family, and group therapy).

• Engage patients’ social supports to improve functioning and outcomes.

• Coordinate care with community providers and agencies; initiate referrals as needed.

• Mentor and provide clinical guidance to mental health practitioners when applicable.

• Typical Clinic Hours Monday - Friday

• Doctoral/Ph.D. in Psychology or Counseling required OR Master’s degree in Social Work

• Licensed Psychologist - MN Board of Psychology required upon hire OR Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work required upon hire

• 2+ years patient treatment in a clinical setting preferred

• BLS Tier 1 (Basic Life Support) required within 180 days

• Formal Training/Certification in suicide prevention modality as applicable based on role within 90 days required

Pay Range: $105,000 to $120,000 per year. The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
