This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cambridge, OH, for a Paving Superintendent. The Paving Superintendent will oversee and manage daily operations of paving projects, ensuring timely execution, adherence to safety and quality standards, and effective coordination with project crews. The role involves scheduling, supervising crews, monitoring project progress, resolving on-site challenges, and communicating with clients and stakeholders to ensure objectives are met while promoting safety and collaboration on site.

• Extensive knowledge of Asphalt Paving, Earthwork, and Concrete construction processes
• Expertise in Project Scheduling, Crew Supervision, and Resource Allocation
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders
• Proficiency in understanding and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Experience in adhering to safety standards and ensuring compliance on construction sites
• Problem-solving abilities to address project challenges effectively
• Familiarity with Drainage, Erosion Control, and Utilities-related work is a plus
• A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various project sites as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in construction management is a plus
