Guest Advocate (Cashier or Front of Store Attendant/Cart Attendant) (T1303) n to apply for the Guest Advocate role at Target.

Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $16.75 USD per hour

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and resolve concerns
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities, and events
• Be knowledgeable about Tools, products, and services to resolve issues and improve guest experience
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with standards
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy
• Explain and demonstrate features of the Target App, including Wallet
• Assist with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering; guide guests to enroll and use these features
• Handle returns following store policies; partner with leaders as needed
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and assist with stocking during store hours
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up, and related duties in compliance with laws and policies
• Perform other duties based on business needs

• Safely scan, handle, and move merchandise; lifting up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance required
• Ability to stay mobile during shift; adapt to varying temperatures and store conditions
