Overview

Schedule

Available schedules for the Care Center (Certified Nursing Assistant certification required):

  • Full‑time & Part‑time PM shift – 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
  • Full‑time NOC shift – 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
Responsibilities
  • Perform ADLs as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants as needed while maintaining consistency with regulations and best practices.
  • Monitor changes in residents' condition.
  • Transfer and assist residents with mobility using gait belts, mechanical lifts, and other methods.
  • Ensure residents are cared for with dignity.
Qualifications
  • Caregiving experience preferred; applicants without experience will still be considered.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant certification required for Long‑Term Care (not required for Assisted Living).
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS mission and operating philosophies.
  • Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate with all customers.
Pay Range

Estimated starting pay range: $22.50 – $24.25 per hour. Actual pay depends on qualifications and market conditions.
