Overview
The City of Cambridge is accepting applications for a full-time Building Maintenance Supervisor position.
Responsibilities- Maintaining City-owned properties
- Planning for future maintenance projects
- Supervising custodial staff
- Performing maintenance work such as plumbing repairs, HVAC system maintenance, painting, and fixing building/equipment
- Supervising contractors for certain projects, as needed
- High school diploma and equivalent two years moderate experience in building maintenance
- Valid driver’s license
- Boiler’s license
Starting salary ranges from $34.02-$37.74 per hour. Position is eligible for full benefits including health insurance, retirement plan and paid leave.
