Full-time outpatient coverage need with locums-to-perm intent PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges
Required:
Yes Credentialing Timeline: 90 days with active MN license; up to 120 days if licensure needed Fingerprinting

Active Minnesota medical license required; IMLC accepted Board:
Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology DEA:

BLS required

Solid tumor oncology experience required Other
Qualifications:
Drive-in candidates required due to locums-to-perm consideration DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide outpatient hematology and oncology clinic care Manage solid tumor and hematologic malignancy patients Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary oncology teams Utilize Epic EMR for all clinical documentation Participate in continuity-of-care planning for potential permanent placement
