Salary

$114,400 – $124,800 per year (annualized base salary + incentive earnings, based on full‑time schedule)

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the dentist in developing patient care plans using AAP guidelines
  • Manage schedule to provide comprehensive patient care and education
  • Expand knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development

    Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care
Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
  • Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
