Founding Software Engineer

$120–160K + founding equity (0.5–2%+)

Rivvi builds conversational AI for healthcare. Our platform makes real calls to real patients, analyzes conversations in real time, and automates follow‑ups for care teams at scale.

We're hiring our first software engineer. You'll build across the entire stack — AI agent workflows, client dashboards, APIs, and internal tools. Small team, real ownership, direct line between your code and patient outcomes.

• Build end-to-end features from UI to API to deployment, owning problems across the stack
• Design and ship AI agent workflows: voice agents, post‑call analysis, automated patient outreach
• Build dashboards that give healthcare teams real‑time visibility into campaigns and engagement
• Scale APIs, queues, and data pipelines with our infrastructure engineer
• Automate operational workflows: campaign orchestration, scheduling, notifications, data processing
• Shape product and architecture decisions directly with founders

• 4+ years of software engineering experience across frontend and backend
• Experience building or integrating AI/LLM‑powered features in production
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS Lambda, S3, SQS, Dynamo

• Product mindset: you think about the user, not just the code

• Type Script and Node.js
• Startup experience: you've built in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments
• Healthcare, fintech, or compliance‑heavy industry background
• Workflow orchestration (Step Functions, Temporal, or similar)
• Experience scaling systems — you've seen what breaks at growth

• AI agent orchestration — voice agents that make real calls to real patients. You'll build the systems that configure, dispatch, and analyze these agents.
• Client dashboards — healthcare teams use our product daily to manage campaigns and track patient engagement. You'll build what they rely on.
