About the Role:Alfa Wave is actively partnered with a top-tier email marketing firm entering its next phase of growth. Their operations are powered by a high-impact engineering team that builds proprietary tools and platforms that support domain health, critical automation, and internal operations. - Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and design planning.
- Contribute to cloud engineering initiatives including Kubernetes, serverless infrastructure, and scalable system design.
- Own end-to-end development of new internal features and improvements, ensuring reliability, performance, and thoughtful engineering standards.
- 3+ years of experience as a software engineer working within an engineering team.
- 2+ years working in a major cloud environment (GCP preferred, AWS or Azure acceptable).
- Proficiency with SQL databases (Postgres ideal).
- Familiarity with cloud engineering best practices (service deployments, IaC, CI/CD, containerization).
- Experience with Kubernetes, distributed systems, or serverless technologies.
- Ability to think in terms of architecture, design patterns, and long-term maintainability.
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team where responsibilities evolve.
