Maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and optimizes facility and lab HVAC and environmental control systems;
Responds to system alarms or conditions that could impact research activities or facility comfort;
Collaborates cross-functionally with onsite mechanical, plumbing, controls, and building automation teams to coordinate HVAC system repairs, calibrations, and upgrades;
Independently manages a personal queue of corrective and preventative HVAC work orders while overseeing vendor-supported maintenance and small-scale mechanical projects;
Performs other duties as assigned and supports project management activity as needed
