Security Officer Dispatch Operations

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate coordinating emergency response activities from the dispatch center.;
Monitor cameras, alarms, phone lines, radio traffic and/or access control activity, and dispatch officers and/or maintenance or medical response resources as needed.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering key details, relaying accurate updates and escalating per post orders.;
Maintain accurate logs and incident documentation, including call records, key events, dispatch actions and report distribution per site requirements.;
Coordinate regular and random patrol assignments and check-ins, track officer status and locations, and report unusual activity to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
